The person was really nice and got it sorted without making it a whole thing. if customer service is fast like that, I kind of assume the whole company is doing something right, even if that’s not always how it works.

I ordered from Londre and the package showed up fine, so no big drama there. The box was a little plain though, and one corner was kind of bent, which I noticed right away because I always check that stuff for some reason.

Nothing inside was damaged, which is obviously the main thing, and I was relieved about that. I just expected the packaging to feel a bit more sturdy or put together, especially for the price. It wasn’t bad, just not really impressive either

I’ve had my Londre suit for over a year now, and it still looks really, really good. I’ve worn it on trips, to the pool, washed it a ton, and the fabric hasn’t gotten thin or weird at all. The seams are still super solid too. i’m impressed with how well it’s held up.

I really like the vibe of their stuff. The cuts are clean but still have a little something to them, you know?? The colors are super easy to wear too, and everything just looks cute without feeling like you're trying too hard.

I had to send my order back, and the refund came through quickly. Didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone, which was a nice surprise. Happy with how easy it was.
